J.C. The first chapter, J.C., is built around the remarkable performance of Douglas Grauwels. Inspired by Jean-Claude Van Damme, his character unleashes a torrent of words and gestures upon the audience. Drawing in part on Au Cœur de la monnaie, the landmark work of economist Bernard Lietaer, the piece explores our relationship with money through a physical, occasionally mystical journey that is as funny as it is thought-provoking.
